Ready to know a bit more?
Pegasus is real.
At the time of writing, I just came back from a 2-week solo roadtrip in the East Coast. During this trip, I’ve met some people I haven’t seen for years. And almost everyone of them wanted to know my secret of having exuberant energy and undeniable glow while juggling among the chaos of life, work, and parenting.
The answer is simple: doing exactly what I’m meant to do. Fulfilling my calling brings me boundless happiness and a strong sense of invincibility. And exactly because of that, I feel lit up everyday.
Back story:
Since I was a child, I knew deep down that I was going to make a difference to the world – even though I had no idea how to go about it.
One night, when I was 4 or 5, I had a vivid dream about a gigantic white Pegasus fly through the clouds and land right in front of me. I got onto its back and we both soared. And I saw the whole world right underneath.
Below is an image generated by AI. After a few attempts and outputs, this most resembles the creature I’ve met in that dream. Compared to it my body was tiny. Regardless, its galloping, gliding, and soaring felt so smooth and I felt nothing but being at home with lots of love and caring.
(Side note: I still can’t explain where I even get the impression of Pegasus around that age, prior to having that dream. Growing up in a traditional Chinese household in China in the 1980s, I had no access to Greek mythology at home as western influence were highly controlled, limited, and out-of-reach back then. Therefore, even though the Pegasus I dreamed of was only illusion, that illusion feels like an ominous sign even when I look back at it today.)
Now, here’s the kicker:
I couldn’t even tell if it was a dream or reality because it felt so incredibly real. I could still feel my heart racing with excitement as we took off. And from that moment on, I found myself often staring up at the sky, wondering if that majestic creature would ever grace me with its presence again, drifting through the fluffy marshmallow clouds.
That dream was the inspiration behind the name of Rise Lean’s owning entity —Pegasus Rising, which you can see at the bottom of this page.
At first, I thought that magnificent Pegasus represented my inner self, my very own guardian.
But as time went on, I realized that it also symbolizes every woman I’ve been (and will be) fortunate enough to lift up with the transformational energy and abilities life has bestowed upon me.
I live my victories as they regain their freedom and declare their independence.
And most importantly instead of one Pegasus, we are an alliance of powerful Pegasus, ready to spread their wings at anytime.
Empowering this fascinating Pegasus Squad is the true purpose behind Rise Lean.
That’s a part of my destiny. So I go extra miles to ensure my people are protected from invasive and misleading thoughts and doubts — liberated once and for all from the eating and weight struggles which are supposed to be non-issues from the beginning.
And I won’t let a single woman miss that opportunity for success, as long as she’s fully ready and committed to embracing the changes.
The clip below is from Lean Instinct Formula™’s group call this morning, capturing another beautiful Pegasus taking off and it’s awe-inspiring!
