A little background: my clients went so far to get fit — for instance, imagine studying multiple Nutrition textbooks, becoming a certified personal trainer, and traveling abroad to live in an ashram to find peace from addictive food and weight thoughts. By Week 2 of Leslie's weight loss coaching program, I was already seeing a difference. My body shed 5 pounds without any extreme diets or techniques.
